Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Offerpedia. Last updated: 10 October 2026.
By using Offerpedia (offerpedia.org, app.offerpedia.org and our apps) you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Offerpedia provides rewards and loyalty features for shoppers, and WhatsApp-based loyalty and marketing tools for stores. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must give accurate information. Shoppers sign in with a one-time code sent to their WhatsApp number.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorisation, or interfere with it.
- Stores must have a lawful basis, including opt-in where required, to message customers, and must follow the WhatsApp Business and Meta commerce policies.
- No spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
4. Rewards
Rewards, cashback, coupons and stamps are offered by partner stores under their own conditions, may expire, and have no cash value unless stated. Stores are responsible for honouring the rewards they offer.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay on the cycle shown at purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Third-party services
The service depends on third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp) and Razorpay. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
