How to request deletion of your data from Offerpedia. Last updated: 10 October 2026.

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@offerpedia.org with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Send it from the email address on your account, or include the mobile/WhatsApp number you use with Offerpedia so we can verify it is you.
3. If you signed in through Facebook/Meta, include the name on that account.

What happens next

• We confirm your request by reply within 3 working days.
• We delete your account and personal data within 30 days. This includes your profile, rewards activity and stored WhatsApp conversation data.
• We may retain limited records that the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records.
• Backups are overwritten automatically within 14 days.

Removing the Offerpedia app from Facebook

You can also remove Offerpedia from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites). Then email us as above to have the data we hold deleted.
