Offerpedia ("we", "us") connects shoppers with neighbourhood stores through cashback, coupons and stamp cards. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to offerpedia.org and the Offerpedia app.

- Account details: your mobile/WhatsApp number, used to send one-time login codes, and your name if you provide it.
- Activity: stores you visit, rewards earned and redeemed, stamps collected.
- Device & usage data: browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Partner enquiries: store name and contact details you submit through the Partner form.
2. How we use it
- To log you in and operate your rewards across partner stores.
- To show relevant stores and offers.
- To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
- To improve Offerpedia and respond to your messages.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share information only with: partner stores (the rewards activity relevant to your visits at that store); service providers who help us operate, such as messaging, hosting and analytics, under confidentiality obligations; and authorities where required by law.
4. Cookies & local storage
This website uses only what is needed to work and may store simple preferences in your browser. You can clear them any time in your browser settings.
5. Retention & security
We keep data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

7. Children
Offerpedia is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
